4) Digital delivery

Digital products are delivered electronically, typically by email, after purchase. Delivery timing may vary due to email provider delays, spam filtering, typos in the email address you enter, or technical issues.

If you do not receive your purchased Digital Products within a reasonable time, contact us at [email protected] and we will make reasonable efforts to help you access what you purchased.

5) No refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for Digital Products, GPT Materials, or any other purchases, except where required by law.

By purchasing, you acknowledge that:

Digital Products are delivered immediately or shortly after purchase

You are responsible for deciding whether the products are a fit for you before purchasing

Results are not guaranteed and depend on your actions, consistency, and external factors

6) Coaching and services

If we offer Coaching Services:

The scope, pricing, scheduling, and cancellation terms (if any) will be provided at the time of purchase or booking.

Payment may be processed via Stripe, QuickBooks, or other payment methods we make available.

Unless explicitly stated in writing, Coaching Services do not include legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice.

7) No guarantees, earnings disclaimer

Get Paid To Roam provides educational content and tools. We do not promise or guarantee any specific results, including but not limited to:

income, commissions, or profits

free, discounted, or comped stays

sponsorships, partnerships, brand deals, or opportunities

social media growth, reach, or engagement

Affiliate marketing and content monetization involve risk and variability. Your results depend on factors such as your effort, consistency, audience, niche, market conditions, third-party terms, and platform policies.

8) Third-party products, services, and platforms

Our Services may reference or link to third-party products and services, including but not limited to GoHighLevel and other tools promoted via affiliate links.

You understand and agree that:

Third-party products and services are provided by independent companies and are not controlled by us

Any purchases or accounts you create with third parties are governed by their own terms and privacy policies

We are not responsible for third-party availability, performance, billing, refunds, or customer support

You may not:

copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, sublicense, or share the materials (in whole or in part) except as explicitly permitted in writing

post the materials publicly or upload them to file-sharing sites

remove copyright notices, trademarks, or proprietary markings

11) Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Services:

to misrepresent your identity or your relationship to Get Paid To Roam

12) Affiliate and publisher partner rules

If you participate in any Get Paid To Roam affiliate or publisher program (including a second-tier publisher/podcast commission structure):

You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship in accordance with applicable laws and platform rules.

You must not make misleading claims or unrealistic income promises.

You must not imply ownership of Get Paid To Roam or represent yourself as Get Paid To Roam.

You must not use spam, unsolicited messaging, or deceptive tactics.

We may suspend or terminate affiliate access at any time for violations of these rules or for any conduct we deem harmful to the brand or users.

13) Accounts, communities, and future membership features

Currently, purchases may be delivered by email without requiring an account. We may, in the future, offer optional access to communities (such as a private group) or a membership area (including through GoHighLevel).

If we offer accounts or membership access:

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials

You agree not to share access with others unless explicitly allowed

We may suspend access for violations of these Terms

14) Disclaimer of warranties

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Get Paid To Roam will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

In no event will our total liability for any claim related to the Services exceed the amount you paid to Get Paid To Roam for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Get Paid To Roam from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
